  • “I started my audiology practice to address unacceptable variations in the quality of hearing care that I observed while working as a clinical audiologist for large hearing aid chain clinics in and around Ottawa.On a daily basis, I would see patients who could have (and should have!) had much better outcomes with their hearing aids, but did not largely due to the experience level, training, motivation, and adherence to best-practices of the clinicians who were fitting their hearing aids.
  • I was also deeply frustrated with the dated and over-priced model of hearing aid provision. I believe all people should have the option to get the best possible hearing instrument technology, fitted using state of the art, best-practice treatment protocols, delivered with good old-fashioned friendly service, all at a reasonable and fair price.
