Before starting Treat Hearing, Clayton worked as Chief Audiologist at Robillard Hearing Centres and later as a training audiologist at Davidson Hearing Aid Centres. Most recently he worked as a clinical audiologist in The Ottawa Hospital's Tinnitus and Hyperacusis Clinic.

Over the past 9 years, Clayton has had the privilege of working with many of the city's top Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) specialists, including Dr. JP Souaid, Dr. Winsion Chow, Dr. Mark Bastianelli and many others.
